Verification of prototype must-be quality by customers

The basic requirements represent very significant category of customer requirements in relation to the product quality. The customer does not consider these requirements to communicate the manufacturer because they are automatically expected and customer does not think about them until the moment when the product ceases to carry out them (to satisfy). Nevertheless, it is important to pay appropriate attention to these demands already in pre-production phase. After the prototype production it is necessary to verify the fulfilment of these requirements. The aim of the submitted bachelor theses is analyse the current state in this area and create the procedure for verifying the quality of product prototype by customers, identify customer´s requirements, and finally apply suggested procedure to the specific product.

Quality of products supplied by the company Prosport Praha s.r.o.

The aim of bachelor's thesis is to determine the satisfaction of customers with quality of products supplied by the company Prosport Praha s.r.o.. Investigation of customer satisfaction was realized by the questioning. To get more accurate information, this questioning was divided into two independent parts. The first part is oriented on the customers of e-shop Prosportshop.cz and the question-form was created in order to find, how the customers are satisfied with quality of products, that company supply, and with quality of customer service. The second part was related to the customers from business relations, because the main business activity of Prosport Praha s.r.o. is a wholesale. Aim of this part was to find, how this customers are satisfied with regular sales meetings, negotiation and process of warranty claims. Thesis summarizes the collected data and puts forward useful changes for future.

Assessment to influence quality control system in the area handieraft and custom manufacturing

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout optimální systém řízení kvality pro vybraný subjekt, odpovídající aktuálním poznatkům managementu kvality. Z analýzy, která byla ve firmě provedena, vyplývá, že firma má za sebou již více jak patnáct let existence a během této doby probíhaly ve firmě převratné změny v celém systému řízení. Změnou ve vedení, se firma začala velice rozrůstat a v malé vesničce velice dopomáhá k rozvoji cestovního ruchu. Bohužel to ale mělo velký vliv na kvalitu výrobků, na kterou se již přestalo klást takový důraz, jako dříve. Pro firmu je důležité dávat větší důraz na kvalitu nejen konečného produktu, nýbrž celého výrobního cyklu. Vhodnou cestou za kvalitním výrobkem je zapojení všech pracovníků do neformálního boje za jakost. Špatná kvalita výrobků by mohla mít nedozírné následky, od ztráty zákazníka po finanční ztráty způsobené opravami výrobků. Pro zvyšování produktivity je důležité zvyšování kvality výrobků a služeb, flexibilita zaměstnanců a produktivity práce.
